I am excited to be practicing at Anderson’s Corner. I began working for Dr. Murphie at Boulevard Veterinary Hospital in 2002 as a kennel attendant/veterinary assistant. I am originally from Newport News, Virginia and excited to be moving to Toano, VA. I graduated from Old Dominion University with in 2005 with a degree in Biology, before pursuing my veterinary degree.
After school, I worked for Animal Medical Care Center in Yorktown, VA. The following year I went to practice emergency/critical care for Dogwood Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center. During my time at Dogwood I also did relief work for Anderson’s Corner.
I have a 4 year old boxer named Sarge. He is a great dog, but can be a lunk-head sometimes. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, biking, and golfing. I always love to watch football, baseball, and NASCAR. You may catch me at the Richmond races often. I also enjoy spending time in the Outer Banks and the mountains.
I love the career path I have chosen and look forward to being a part of a great practice, and I am very excited about starting new client relationships.
