Pet of the Week - Chloe

Chloe was an adorable bundle of fluff when she came to us from SEVA GREAT Golden Retriever Rescue. At eight months old we learned she has an irreversible congenital heart defect that will most likely shorten her life. But, at five years old, she has surpassed her “expiration date” and surprised us all! Chloe has a remarkable strength of spirit and a sweet and loving disposition. She is our special girl.

Meet Marlie

Here is Marlie, our real life Aussie Mascot! She resides out of Crossfit 1607, and tells us she is a cousin of our very own Andie the Aussie. She has lots of energy, but took a time out to give us this wonderful pose.

You have likely received a few emails and possibly text messages recently. In an effort to keep up with the changing times, we are updating our computer systems both inside the hospital and on the web. We know many of you like to interact with us on our social media, make appointments on your computer or Smartphone, and even ask us questions through email and we aim to improve those interactions. As with any change, there will be a few hiccups and bumps along the way. We ask that you please bear with us for the next few months as we make our transition. Any feedback you may have can help us improve our relationship with you and would be appreciated.

Be sure to enter your pet in our “Pet of the Week” drawing! Every winner will be posted in reception as well as on our social media. Each winner also gets a free bath! Come in and sign up today!

It is never too early to make your boarding reservations for the upcoming months! Spaces are limited and can fill up fast, so be sure to call us today to book your pet’s next stay at the Anderson’s Corner Animal Hotel.

Happy Endings

Ruger first came to us from the Gloucester Mathews Humane Society with issues concerning his legs. After a very short time, we have managed to reach his donation goal for surgery! He will be having his procedure done by Dr. Young, a neurologist in Richmond.
